Monitor Hard Drive HealthHDD Guardian provides a graphical interface to smartctl, an open source tool for querying and controlling SMART attributes data on modern hard disk drives. The program checks your hard drive's S.M.A.R.T attributes every four hours and alerts you in case of imminent failure, high temperature or other vital parameter changes.HDD Guardian provides a quick overview screen that shows the current HDD temperature and health status as well as any warnings or errors that were detected during the last check.
